Add a jewel to cart and shopping completion

Once you chose a product, click on the button "Add to cart". You will see a shopping cart where you can send the purchase order by clicking "Send" after filling out all necessary pieces of information. Or if you want to keep on purchasing, click on "Back".

Besides all these information, select your country. The postage price is valid according to the current exchange rate. You can pay for goods by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Pay Pal or Google Checkout. Transport is carried out by transfer company DHL. If you want to pay cash, it is only possible at the personal purchase of goods in the place of our establishment in the Czech Republic.

If you want two or more pieces, rewrite quantity in shopping cart and click “Update”. If you want remove some product, click on the red button signed “cross”. Or if you want to cancel the whole purchase order before its sending, click the button “Clear cart”.

Shipping methods

International transport of packages from the Czech Republic into the foreign country (see below the conditions for each country) is provided by DHL or DPD. The price of transport is dependent on the current exchange rate.


DHL carrier
PPL CZ, Ltd offers a wide range of express shipping services. It specializes in domestic parcel transport since the beginning of its existence. In this field, it gained a leadership position on the Czech market. The partnership with the company DHL has allowed expansion of services for the transport of packages to Europe and domestic pallet trucking.

DPD carrier

DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution) is one of the leading parcel service providers in Europe. DPD offers its customers the right products and services for all their shipping requirements: from the standard and express parcel via a range of service options right down to individual customer solutions – both domestic and international.

A shipment transported in the Service DPD CLASSIC typically reaches its final destination in Europe for as little as 1 to 4 days, or else in the world in 7 days.

Our payment process is as safe and secure as possible, for payment by credit cards we use the globally standardised process of payments and acceptance of cards on the Internet 3D Secure by force the Company Global Payments Inc. This system from the security and comfort perspective meets the most demanding requirements of business partners as well as customers who shop on Internet.

Data card transmission is using the HTTPS protocol which encrypts the client’s data so that no one except the bank can not read it. The cash customer pays a fee for transferring money from the country's tariff charges, at which has opened an account with a bank. After sending the purchase order the needed information is indicated to transfer money - the amount, our bank account number, variable symbol (variable symbol corresponds to the purchase order number). All these data with a copy of the purchase order will also be sent to your e-mail. After transferring the amount to our account, the purchase order becomes paid and begins to implement the process.     Accessibility and time of dispatch

    Goods are dispatched according to the stock of relevant commodities. Stock possibly the dispatching time (time from order to dispatch from our warehouse) is mentioned for each piece of the products. If the shipping last more than it is stated, the customer is immediately informed by e-mail. By the time goods are dispatched, we will send you information about it by e-mail as well.
    Transport of ordered goods is provided by DHL or DPD.

    Money-back guarantee

    Pursuant to the law No. 367/2000 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, you as a private person (except orders on ID) can back out of the contract within 14 days. After receiving goods, if you immediately find out that it does not suit you for whatever reason, you can back it out without giving a reason and money will be sent you back by bank transfer.

    Conditions for refund are:

    How to reclaim

  • In case of delivery of ordered goods, the buyer must examine it, whether it does not show defects caused by the carriage. If yes, the buyer is obliged to not receive it and write up a damage report with a carrier. The buyer must immediately inform the seller about damaged goods caused by the carriage.


  • At delivery to the entered address the buyer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt from the person conducting the service and reclaim the obvious defects of the goods to the seller immediately, no later than the day after delivery. Later claims of obvious defects will not be accepted by the seller.


  • If there is reclaimable defect caused by the internet shop www.extra-jewellery.com, the buyer may have a complaint in writing or by e-mail.


  • Written notification of detected faults the buyer applies to the following address:

  • By e-mail - notification of defects must include: name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if available), order number, the invoice number, a detailed description of the defect.


  • Immediately after receiving notification of the defects referred to in section 1 and 2 hereof the seller informs the buyer of the subsequent procedure. Method and sending the goods back to the vendor.


  • For a successful settlement of the claim it is necessary, that the buyer could be able to present a tax document. Otherwise it can not be recognized.


  • Depending on the type of defects and the texture of goods in accord with the laws of the Czech Republic entitled claim is dealt with reparation, exchange goods or refund the purchase price.


  • The vendor no accepts liability for damages resulting from wear-out products, functional properties and damages from unsuitable using of the product, as well as damages caused by external accidents and mishandling. The guarantee is not provided to these defects.

    Contradiction with the sales contract

  • Seller responsible to buyer that goods sold adoptable with purchaser is in conformity with the contract of purchase, in particular, it has no defects.


  • If is not determined otherwise by this low, in accord with the contract of purchase according the article 1 is comprehended, that the sold thing must have a quality, amount, measure and weight required or laid down by legal regulations and must be free of defects; in particular, it must be in accordance with technical norms. In case of perishable food, it is necessary to mark out minimum durability date and, in case of quickly perishable food, the applicability date. If the nature of the thing allows it, the buyer has the right to demand that the thing be checked in his presence or that its operation is shown to him.


  • In case the receipt of goods with buyer is not in conformity with the contract (hereinafter as "contradiction with the sales contract"); the buyer shall have the right to a free, timely and due removing of the defect. The vendor must remove the defect without undue delay, in compliance with buyer, who may demand exchange or repair of the thing. If the defect can not be removed, the buyer has the right to an adequate discount from the price of the thing or to withdraw from the agreement. This does not apply if the buyer knew about contradiction with the sales contract or caused it himself.


  • Contradiction with the sales contract, which will take effect during six months of receipt of goods, is considered to have already existed in its takeover, if it is inconsistent with the nature of the case or if it is not proven the contrary.

    Shipping by DPD carrier

    Time of delivery is usually shipping time from pickup to delivery. That time does not include time of package receipt, delays due to customs inspection, the competent national authorities, false documents, etc. Terms of delivery DDU (Incoterms) are valid for all countries.


    Period for conveyance listed in the price list of transport services is followed by Central European Time.

    Delivery times are not agreed.


    The consignment is delivered to the person acting as a beneficiary in the place of delivery. In case of reasonable doubt, the freight forwarder is entitled to request the person's identity of that consignee.


    If the shipment is not delivered on the first try, including cases of rejection the proving of identity by a person acting as the recipient, forwarder shall leave a written report about delivery to the delivery address and the following working day realize a second attempt for delivery. If this attempt fails, the recipient is able to agree by telephone on the final consignment handover, within seven calendar days from the day passing the second delivery attempt on the basis of a written notice. After this period the shipment is returned to the originator. This does not affect the entitlement to reimbursement Sender forwarding services.


    In case of first unsuccessful attempt of delivery the consignee can change the delivery instructions (delivery address or date) by force of www.chcisvujbalik.cz. Sender will accept a change the delivery instructions only if the recipient makes the change to 10 p.m. CET on the day when there was an unsuccessful attempt at delivery. The change can be made through the Customer Line Sender in the working hours specify by these terms.


    If the consignee refuses to accept delivery, further attempts are not made for delivery and shipment is returned to the originator. This does not affect the entitlement to reimbursement Sender forwarding services.


    The package can be picked up at the relevant depot Sender. However, it is necessary to call in advance with customer service.


    Under the terms of DPD Classic Private can be used the following services:

    a) A notice of a delivery via SMS or email on the day receiving the goods (usually 1 working day prior to the delivery of shipment


    The person performing the service tries to contact by telephone the recipient who is stated on the shipping label and inform him about the estimated time of a delivery in case of a change or clarification of the expected delivery time, which can be found at www.dpd.com


    c) The ability to determine the approximate delivery time on the sender web site www.dpd.com


    d) The possibility of change in address or a delivery date via the Sender website www.dpd.com, when the first delivery attempt was not successful


    e) The notification of a failed delivery attempt via e-mail message addressed to recipient


    You can order the following additional services which are not included in basic services and the provision is charged according to current Sender price list:


    a) IDM - interactive notification of a planned delivery via SMS or email messages. The recipient has the option to influence a delivery date in extent determined by the Sender through the reply via an incoming SMS message or email message.


    b) Guaranteed phone notification - the day before the consignment the professionals call centre will inform the consignee about the date of delivery by telephone. In the case of the inappropriate term the recipient can immediately change it.


    c) Receiving goods from a third party - allows the sender to pick up shipment with a third party and then deliver to the recipient.


    If the principal does not use the IDM service, the beneficiary can not to change the delivery instruction (address or date) before first delivery attempt.
